Rental Property Types

We offer three distinct types of rental properties that we have at our disposal.

 

The first is the traditional residential real estate. These are leased with annual leases, at fair market value. These are usually single family homes in "good" neighborhoods.

The second is a short term residential lease. These are Airbnb type of properties. The return is slightly higher for you as the client. Instead of the typical 3% annual return, we offer a 4% annual return. These are leased at higher than fair market value for a long term rental.

The third type of property is commercial real estate.  The portfolio is typically small strip centers and office buildings.
